How can i place an order?
Orders can be placed using our Order Form. Please note: we only accept orders during our limited broth drops – follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to find out when the next drop is happening.
What is the order cutoff time?
When a drop is announced, orders can be placed online from the announcement date and time UNTIL the first upcoming Wednesday at 11:59pm. This ordering window is usually 3-6 days. Broth production for each drop takes place on Thursday & Friday, with pickup/delivery on Saturdays.
Are your drops limited quantity?
Yes. Our drops have limited production capacity and high demand. Make sure to place your order early in the order period to secure some of this liquid gold.
How/when do i pay?
Currently, we only accept e-transfer to [email protected]. Make sure to submit payment for your order (and delivery fees, if required) before the order cutoff time of Wednesday @ 11:59pm. Any orders that have not been paid for before production time will be cancelled.
What are pickup/delivery options?
We offer Saturday pickup & delivery options. Pickup in Yaletown or delivery to Downtown Vancouver are both free. Delivery to all other areas in the Greater Vancouver Area can be done, with a fee. Fees range by delivery area, and can be found on our Order Form under “Pickup/Delivery” > “Delivery (Greater Vancouver)” > and then choosing from the “Delivery Area” options.
How should I store my broth?
Our broth has a shelf-life of 5 days, refrigerated. Our broth can also be frozen, and stored safely for up to 6 months.
Are your broths allergen-free?
We avoid using major allergens as ingredients in our broth. However, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients have not come into contact with these allergens. Please contact us if you have a serious allergy or have concerns about cross-contamination.
Is your broth diet-friendly?
Our broth is diet-friendly, and works alongside multiple diets, including paleo, keto, gluten-free, low-carb, low-sodium, and more.
What flavours of broth do you make?
Currently, we are only selling chicken bone broth. We plan to release more broth flavours in the future, including veggie.
